On Friday, March 14, the Chicago Blackhawks, along with the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago, are hosting an Awareness Night with us during a home game against the Nashville Predators at the United Center. Fans in attendance will have the chance to learn more about the bone marrow donation process and how to get registered as a potential donor. Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a two-night stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago, a prize the hotel has donated in support of manager Carlyle Robinson, who is battling Myelodysplastic Syndrome as he searches for a donor match. Delete Blood Cancer representatives will be onsite to provide information, answer questions and help register potential donors. Not able to make it? You haven’t missed your chance. Fans who are unable to attend the Awareness Night can register to be potential donors online at www.DeleteBloodCancer.org.

Delete Blood Cancer started with one family’s search for a bone marrow donor. Since our founding in Germany in 1991 and expansion to the U.S. in 2004, we’ve helped register more than 4 million potential donors and facilitated than 40,000 transplants around the world. Every day we lead the fight against blood cancer by working with families, communities and organizations to recruit more donors and provide more patients with second chances at life.

We encourage you to come and learn more at the Chicago Blackhawks Awareness Night!
