What happens when you mix radio personalities, spa treatments, a fashion show, and a charity?! A girl’s night out, duh! But fellas don’t fret because you’re invited too! The 2nd Annual ‘Girls Night Out -Go Red for Women’ to support the American Heart Association is taking place at Alhambra Palace Restaurant on Wednesday, February 29th from 7-10 p.m.
Hosted by some of Chicago’s best radio personalities, this star studded night will include a red carpet, Be Bold Go Red Spring 2012 fashion show, complimentary beauty services, gift bags, over $2,000 in raffle prizes, (insert breath)…delicious cocktails & mouth watering hors d’oeuvres!!
To support the Go Red for Women movement, guests are encouraged to wear RED, hence the name of the event Throughout the night you’ll be jamming to the sounds of B96 tunes and mixing & mingling with on-air personalities from CBS Radio including: Eddie & Jobo, Showbiz Shelly, Rebecca Ortiz, and Nikki! You can sip on signature drinks from Spicebox Whisky, Lulu B. cocktails & wines while munching on delicious appetizers too!
Sassy Moms in the City has asked attendees to please bring along a gently worn handbag or a pair of professional shoes to help support Dress for Success. Dress for Success is a not for profit that is dedicated to providing career development to low-income Chicagoland women. By bringing a bag or pair of shoes you will receive a complimentary raffle ticket! The donations will be collected from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 pm at Alhambra Palace.
