This holiday season is the 28th anniversary with the Music Box! It all started in 1983, when an operator in Chicago shows two old holiday movies in Christmas Eve. People came out to watch these vintage movies and sing Christmas carols during their intermissions.

We pack them full of people trying to avoid the blistering cold at the bus stop. This year help over 700 families by filling a bus with toys, blankets, coats, clothing, and canned goods. Starting December 8, 103.5 KISS FM, AT&T, Taco Bell, and The Salvation Army are teaming up to Stuff-A-Bus in Arlington Heights on the corner of Palatine and Rand Road.

Endangered Baby Gorilla Born at Lincoln Park Zoo! November 22, 2011 The birth of a baby girl gorilla was announced at the Lincoln Park Zoo on Monday (11/18)! Mother, Bana, was originally from Brookfiled Zoo but was transferred over to Lincoln Park Zoo in hopes to find a mate. It was the first time Bana had given birth and Dad, Kwan, has been very protective and close to mother and baby. This baby gorilla happens to be the first Western lowland gorilla born at the zoo since 2005!
