I had a blast being on the Spike TV show, Frankenfood! A competition-reality series following New York executive chef and restaurateur Josh Capon and actor/musician/restaurateur Tony Luke Jr on their insane quest to find new and unique flavor combinations by pairing existing dishes together (think chicken flavored cheesecake and turtle tacos!?!) - the result tends to either be a delicious dish...or an awful miss!
