Chicago’s The Throne Room’s 1st Anniversary Weekend of Shows May 15, 2015 The Throne Room’s 1st Anniversary Weekend of Shows, Friday, May 29th and Saturday, May 30th, is right around the corner. For a new venue in Chicago, this marks a time for celebration! The Throne Room is an intimate live music room located in Lakeview at 2831 N Broadway (right above Renaldi’s Pizza) that books both local and touring acts. The shows for the Anniversary Weekend are reflective of The Throne Room in general: a variety of talented acts that you have to see. On Friday, May 29th, local bands The Blisters, The Evening Attraction and The Forest Fires take the stage to represent the youthful Chicago indie rock scene. On Saturday the 30th, be prepared to groove to soul, rock, funk and jam bands: The Great I Am, Rock Nation Band, Animal Honestly and a special late-night set with Ron Haynes Game Changers. The Blisters Ron Haynes Game Changers In it’s inaugural year, The Throne Room team (myself and owners Mark Bruscianelli and Kamila Brodowinska Bruscianelli) has gained invaluable knowledge on how to improve everything from the booking process to the customer experience, and we hope you’ll join us in ringing in our 1st birthday!
