first off, how are you all liking our new blog layout?! Shout out to our rockit ranch interactive marketing guru tim toomey who re-designed our blog to better serve you & your mobile devices!

And shoutout to another team member, our underground dj matt roan who hit me on twitter to turn me on to his killer band.. 1900s! I’m all about giving shoutouts and spotlights to great local talent.. So please everyone, send me suggestions!

As for 1900s, this talented chicago-based band has been around since 2006, and has been described by one reviewer as a cross between fleetwood mac and fellow chicagoan liz phair. From chitown, to nyc, to london & more.. they’ve been representing chicago all over the world and we wish them the best!
