Magnolia Bakery Chicago Celebrates Its First Birthday!

Join us for some of our favorite birthday treats and a variety of Family Fun Activities!

In celebration of Magnolia Bakery Chicago’s first year in the Windy City, we’re launching our signature Chicago Cupcake ($3.75), available beginning September 29^th. This vanilla or chocolate cupcake is deliciously decorated with a white chocolate disc depicting the beautiful Chicago skyline floating on a lake of pale blue icing.


Additionally, the charming shop in Block 37 invites families to share in our celebration on Saturday, September 29^th. We’ll be hosting special children’s festivities, including an icing table that will include a mix of classic vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, sprinkles, decons and our signature pastel colored icing, as well as temporary Magnolia Bakery tattoos and chef’s hat decorating station.

We’re continuing the celebration on Monday, October 1^st when we invite our Chicagoland fans to stop by and indulge in our most popular treat, classic vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, topped with vanilla and chocolate buttercream. On October 1 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., we’ll be offering our classic cupcakes for $1.00 each, while supplies last.
