A New Generation of Chicago-Born Men’s Accessories: Never Back

Hey guys, this is Stephanie Zipp, co-founder of Never Back LLC. Three Chicago-natives and high school friends, Pat O’Hara, Jon Woo and I recently started a belt business we’re really excited about. We had a vision to create something with personality and a purpose. That, combined with Pat’s love of needlepoint belts led to the creation of a modern, hand-crafted needlepoint belt company: Never Back LLC.

The name was inspired by the Henry David Thoreau quote, “Never look back unless you are planning to go that way.” The quote reflects our outlook on life and how we approach our business – with optimism, determination and vigor.

Never Back belts hail from the minds of the Midwest and are made with love and attention for the everyman with a modern twist on a classic look. Featuring cool, casual designs at a reasonable price ($95 for every belt), our belts have a sense of humor and colorfully complete any attire. But don’t think with a price point like this we’re skimping on quality. These belts are hand-crafted needlepoint, made from 100% pearl cotton, high-quality leather and finished with a brass buckle.

We currently offer three different designs – “The Golden Bear” for golf lovers, “From Sea to Shining Sea” for boat lovers and “Old Glory” for the patriotic type. Always innovating, our team plans to expand on our offerings in the near future with more unique designs and a variety of product offerings for men, women and pets.
