Cystic Fibrosis Nightcap Gala

Calling all Chicago foodies!!! My name is Randell Golman, I am 28 years old and just recently moved back home to the best city (Chicago obviously) after four years in New York City where I was producing television shows for VH1. I am helping promote a very exciting night in Chicago devoted to finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, while enjoying bites from some of Chicago’s award winning restaurants and sipping on cocktails from the best mixologists in town. The Cystic Fibrosis Nightcap Gala will take place on Friday, January 29^th, 2016 from 9pm-midnight in the Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier.

I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, which is a genetic lung disorder that affects about one of every 3,000 newborns. There is no cure for this disease, but with the help of all of you, money raised at this event will help researchers seek out the best treatments and work towards a cure. The Nightcap Gala is a portion of The Grand Chefs Gala, which allows the younger generation to become involved charitably with a reduced priced ticket. Throughout the Nightcap portion of the evening guests can enjoy mini passed bites, an array of dessert stations, open bars, mixologists, raffles, a silent auction and dancing with our live entertainment.
