Man’s Best Friend Hosted by Factor|Chosen Model Management

Compassion never goes out of style. For the fifth year running, Factor|Chosen Model Management is giving back to those that bring us so much: our beloved pets! This year, Factor|Chosen and the Anti-Cruelty Society (ACS) are looking forward to hosting Man’s Best Friend at the Dana Hotel on August 11^th from 6-8pm. 100% of the proceeds from this event go straight to the ACS, a no kill shelter, to help support the incredible work they do in our community.

This ticketed event will feature a Kendra Scott Jewelry Trunk Show and a VIP silent auction featuring an overnight stay in the Dana’s Tranquil Suite with a couples massage and a four course chef’s tasting for two with wine pairings. Guests will enjoy bites by Freestyle Restaurant and cocktails carefully crafted by Ketel One Vodka. Last year, the highly attended event rose over $6,000 for the ACS while engaging a crowd of Chicago’s fashion, night-life, and entertainment elite in the importance of supporting the local animal shelter and encouraging pet adoption.

A cause close to their hearts, agents David Love and Bridget Halanski will co-host the event again this year, who both have adopted their “fur-babies,” Linda and Pepper, through ACS. The Director of Factor|Chosen’s Women’s Board, Stephen Hall, also adopted his dog, Odie, and his cat, Jack, through the shelter! This year, the event is expected to yield approximately 250 guests. Factor|Chosen’s model of the moment, Amanda Murphy (who stars in Prada’s latest campaign) has been a longtime supporter of ACS and has been attending Man’s Best Friend since its inception. “The Man’s Best Friend event is a fun way to socialize with friends while incorporating donations that will fund the care and rehoming of thousands of pets that deserve a second chance at love and happiness,” says Amanda (@amandajeanmurphy on Instagram).  We hope to see her there again this year!
