We are thrilled to invite you to our must attend style event of the season, filled with a night of fashion, cocktails, auctions, dinner and dancing.  Couture & Cocktails will take place on Friday, September 28th along the Chicago River at the new and beautiful McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago.

This dazzling fall event, Co-Chaired by Sonya Jackson and Kristina McGrath, will feature internationally known fashion designer and Joffrey Women’s Board Member, Pamella Roland DeVos, and a dramatic full-runway fashion show co-presented by Neiman Marcus Michigan Avenue.  Along with cocktails and creative cuisine, guests will enjoy a silent and live auction and, of course, dancing with Joffrey company members. This special event will be launching our thrilling 2012-13 season.

As a company we love this opportunity to mix and mingle with all of our wonderful supporters in such a fun and lively setting.  In addition, you can join in on the craze that’s sweeping the nation: we will be hosting a variety of food trucks including Southern Mac & Cheese, La Adelita and many more, providing delicious fare to keep you dancing all night!

This event is not only a glamorous and fabulous kickoff to our exciting season, but it is also an opportunity for you to support The Joffrey Ballet’s programs and performances, which help sustain the artistic innovation and elegance that are synonymous with the Joffrey name. Your support of Couture & Cocktails provides dance and educational opportunities to thousands of Chicago students.

    We are looking for new Sponsors, Hotels, Companies, Restaurants, Products and Services for our events in 2012-2013. We recently hosted events as Chicago Fashion Week Kick Off Event at Grossinger Cadillac Dealership, Best of the Best Chicago at District Bar, Paella Parade at Whole Foods Market, Classic Cocktails at The Nature Museum, Shopping & Wine Tasting at Banana Republic on Michigan Avenue, Balvini Scotch Tasting at Paul Stuart on Oak Street & Rock The Boat at Columbia Yacht Club.

    We have recently hosted the Chicago launch event for the new Range Rover Evoque at Howard Orloff Range Rover with Alison Payne from WGN, 120 companies and 800 guests. Our Holiday Peppermint Bash last year was with Stephanie Castignier from NBC The Apprentice had Chicago Chefs, Chocolate & Dessert Companies, Holiday Cocktails and 600 guests.

    One of our best events this year was “Party on the Patio” with the Eight Chefs of Levy Restaurants at Fulton’s on the River Outdoor Terrace with 650 guests and 60 Sponsors and we are now planning events for Fall 2012 & 2013.
