The Sh*t Show comedy showcase

The Shit Show is a one-of-a-kind monthly Chicago comedy showcase at Collaboraction Theater in heart of Wicker Park that takes place the last Saturday of every month.

The show combines the ambiance of a run-down frat party with the high-class jokes and characters from talented comics from different genres of the Chicago comedy scene.

Half party, half show, The Shit Show features Dollar Tree prizes to interactive contests with audience members sponsored by Revolution Brewing. The hosts encourage audience members to chant “Best joke!” when a comic delivers their favorite story or one-liner.

Comics and select audience will both be rewarded for “Best Joke!”

The Shit Show was fortunate to be a part of the last Just for Laughs ’13 comedy festival here in Chicago last year and was just included in it’s replacement festival this year, The Comedy Exposition 2014.

The show has also been featured on Gaper’s Block, was a TimeOut Critic’s Pick, is Reader recommend and was just featured in the Chicago Tribune.

This month’s show features some awesome persons of comedy.
