The Grinch Who Gave Back Christmas at The Underground November 30, 2015 “IN WHOVILLE THEY SAY THAT THE GRINCH’S SMALL HEART GREW THREE SIZES THAT DAY” – DR. SEUSS Since 2008, The Underground team has put on an incredibly fun & festive party: The Grinch Who Gave Back Christmas. What makes this particular party even more enriching is that all proceeds during the event benefit a local charity. My name is Arturo Gomez and I am the President of Rockit Ranch Productions. Having been with the company since its inception, The Grinch party at our nightclub venue, The Underground, is by far one of my favorites. On Friday, December 4th, 2015 and for the 8th consecutive year, The Underground will be transformed into Dr. Seuss’ classic Whoville. This year, proceeds from The Grinch Party ticket and table sales will benefit a charity that is near & dear to our hearts: Furever Rescue. Furever Rescue is a group that is dedicated to helping animals who need rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, love, and a Furever home. The team at Furever Rescue donates their time to help make a difference in the lives of animals in the Chicagoland are. Each animal is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, micro-chipped & treated both medically and behaviorally if needed. In year’s past, notables including Nick Cannon, Jillian Harris, DJ Vice & Samantha Ronson have come together to raise approximately $15,000 a year for organizations including Make A Wish, the Brain Injury Association of Illinois and the American Brain Tumor Association, to name a few. Join us on Friday in raising funds to give our furry best friends a second chance at life! General admission tickets are $35.00 and table packages start at $350.00. Special thanks to Belvedere and Michigan Avenue Magazine for their support in making this party happen!
